Helpers

  • • Assist lead electricians in the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
    • Measure materials and perform tasks such as cutting, stripping, bending, and pulling electrical wires.
    • Trace shorted circuits and check for loose connections.
    • Work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights, ensuring safety at all times.

  • • No degree required; prior electrical experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to follow instructions from lead electricians.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on ladders and/or roofs at medium to high heights.
    • Hardworking attitude with the intention of advancing to a lead position.

  • $14-$18/hour
    • No degree required; prior electrical experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to follow instructions from lead electricians.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on ladders and/or roofs at medium to high heights.
    • Hardworking attitude with the intention of advancing to a lead position.

Lead Electricians

  • • Lead a crew of apprentice electricians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
    • Interpret house plans and blueprints, wiring houses accordingly, and ensure compliance with NEC codes.
    • Perform voltage testing, inspections, and assessments, resolving any issues that require attention.
    • Collaborate with homeowners and partnering contractors, providing excellent communication and service.
    • Install, test, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures using appropriate tools.
    • Work outdoors in various weather conditions and at elevated heights when necessary.

  • • Proven experience as a crew lead or foreman in a residential electrical setting (experience as a residential electrician is required).
    • Ability to read and understand house plans, layouts, and NEC codes.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively direct a team.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites (transportation provided).
    • Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions.
    • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

  • $22 - $27/hour

    • Weekly paycheck.
    • (7) Paid holidays
    • Additional compensation opportunities and bonuses.
    • Potential to drive a company vehicle home every day (experience and proven track record required).
    • Life insurance (100%) and health insurance (half of the employee-only premium).
    • One-week paid vacation after the first full year.

Operators

  • • Operate a mini excavator to dig electrical services for conduit installation and assist with construction projects.
    • Transport equipment to and from the shop and job sites, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
    • Collaborate with electrician crews, providing support and assistance as needed.
    • Follow project plans and instructions to ensure accurate and precise digging and excavation work.
    • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure safe and optimal operation.

  • • Previous experience operating a mini excavator is required.
    • Residential electrical experience highly valued.
    • Valid driver's license and experience transporting heavy machinery.
    • Knowledge of construction and electrical installation processes.
    • Experience installing electrical conduit.

  • $24-$28/hour

    • Weekly paycheck.
